- 1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 8 oz Can Crushed Pineapple or Chunk Pineapple undrained
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 8 oz Whipped Topping
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla
In a large mixing bowl mix the un made pudding mix with the cream cheese, pineapple and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Stir in the marshmallows and chopped walnuts.
Place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
