Easy Churro Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

Crust & Topping:

  • Nutella warmed for drizzle (optional)
  • 2 Cans Crescent Rolls  (press together seams of dough) or crescent dough sheets
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a small mixing bowl add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended.
  • Sprinkle evenly about ½ cup of the sugar mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Lay one can of the dough over the cinnamon sugar mixture in the pan. Make sure the seams are pressed together.
  • In a large mixing bowl blend all the cheesecake filling ingredients. Mix well until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough.
  • Lay the other can of dough over the cheesecake filling.
  • Spread the remaining sugar & cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the middle is set.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Drizzle with warm Nutella before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
