Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker crushed
  • 1 Fresh Strawberry garnish
  • 2 oz Strawberries & Cream Baileys
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 Tbsp Cheesecake Frosting
  • 2 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of the glass with frosting. Then dip it into crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  • In the cocktail shaker add ice cubes about halfway full.
  • Pour in the Baileys strawberries and cream, simple syrup, and coconut rum.
  • Shake well. You want to make sure the drink is well-mixed.
  • Pour the strawberry shortcake martini into the pre-rimmed glass.
  • If you want to make it look pretty, you can garnish the drink with strawberries. I added mine on a cute toothpick. You can also include a cute straw if you want.
