Ingredients

  • 13.29 oz Pack of Oreo Cookies
  • 1/2 Stick Butter or 4 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese room temp
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Cool Whip as a topping optional
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Crust:

  • Place butter into a microwavable bowl, cover, and place in the microwave until it melts.
  • Place a row of Oreos into a bowl and crush into pieces.
  • Once the butter is melted and the Oreos are crushed, mix together and stir until the crust softens and thickens.
  • Pour this Oreo crust into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Spread crust around in the pan with a spatula or fingers and press firmly until packed. Place into the fridge until needed.

Cheesecake Filling:

  • Place cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix until fully blended.
  • Add in a row of crushed Oreo cookies.
  • In a separate bowl, mix heavy whipping cream until it looks thick and smooth. Add this to the cream cheese mix and stir together.
  • When ready, grab the crust out of the fridge, pour mix over the crust, and let chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Once ready, add toppings as needed and enjoy!
