- 7 Keto Friendly Graham Crackers or Ginger Snaps, crushed can use regular if not doing Keto
- 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Softened Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese room temp
- 2 Tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- Lime Zest From One Lime
- 2 Tsp Keto Friendly Sugar Substitute or sugar if not doing Keto
In a medium bowl, add sour cream, cream cheese, and butter. Mix until fully blended.
Next, add in the lime juice and zest and mix again.
Now fold in sugar and flour until mixture forms a dough like consistency. Then place in the freezer for about ten minutes.
Remove the dough from the freezer and roll dough into small balls. You want them to be about one inch.
Then roll each ball in the crushed crackers/snaps
Place in airtight container and store in the freezer if you want them to be firm or the fridge if you want them to be a little softer.
