Heavy Whipping Cream
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat heavy cream until it turns into whipped topping and set aside
Mix gelatin mix into boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. I just heated my water in a glass measuring cup in the microwave then added the mix right to the cup.
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Slowly add in the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese and mix well.
Now stir in the whipped cream. Be sure not to overbeat it as you want the topping to stay airy.
Place in the fridge to chill for about twenty to thirty minutes before serving.
Top with a spoon of whipped topping, orange slice, and orange zest. (optional)
If pressed for time and don't wish you make your own whipped cream, you can replace the heavy cream with an 8 oz thawed container of whipped topping.
