  • 1 Jello Classic No Bake Cheesecake Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Champagne (or sparkling grape juice)
  • 8 oz White Chocolate
  • Sprinkles

  • Add cheesecake filling packet mix to the mixer. Add in the champagne (or sparkling grape juice) and mix well.
  • Should be a sticky dough texture.
  • Rub your hands with some butter. Then grab a small amount of dough and roll it around in your hands until it forms a ball shape.
  •  Place the ball on a silicone baking mat (on a cookie sheet). Repeat until the mixture is gone.
  • Dump some of the graham cracker crumbs from the box onto a plate. Lightly roll each of the balls to coat them in the crumbs. Then place them back on the mat.
  • Pop in freezer and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on 20-second intervals until fully melted.
  • Remove the balls from the freezer. Coat each one in the chocolate one at a time then place back on the mat and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
