Ingredients

  • Sprinkles
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 15.35 oz Double Stuf Oreo Cookies
  • 24 oz Almond Bark

Instructions

  • In a food processor, crush cookies into crumbs.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix until combined well.
  • Take the mix and make it into about 1 inch balls. You can do this by using spoons and your hands or by using a cookie scoop.
  • As you make each one, you can place them on a baking sheet. I like to line mine with a silicone mat or parchment paper so they do not stick.
  • Freeze the cheesecake balls for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the almond bark in a melting pot or in the microwave until smooth.
  • Using a fork or candy dipping tool, roll the balls in the melted bark. Let most of the excess drip off before placing it back on the cookie sheet. Allow bark to harden.
  • After it is hardened, drizzle a little bark over the Oreo cheesecake balls so that you have small lines. Immediately after drizzling, sprinkle with sprinkles before the drizzle dries.
  • Let everything harden. Then store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.
