Cheesecake Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 2 oz Half & Half
- 1 oz Kahlua
- Honey optional
- Graham Cracker Crumbs optional
- Ice optional
Instructions
- Place the honey in a small dish or plate just large enough for the rim of your cocktail glass to fit into. Do the same with the crumbs of the graham crackers.
- Now tip the rim of your martini glasses into the honey. Then dip it into the graham cracker crumbs. Set the glass aside.
- Place a handful of ice (if using) in your cocktail shaker.
- To the shaker add vodka, Kahlua, cream, and amaretto.
- Shake for 30 seconds or until it is fully mixed and ice cold. Then strain drink mixture into prepared glass. Be sure not to let the ice fall into the glass.
