Ingredients
- 48 oz Cheesecake Ice Cream or flavor of choice
- 16 Pre-made Cookies used MnM’s cookies
- Coconut Flakes optional
- Mini Chocolate Chips optional
- Sprinkles optional
- Sliced Almonds optional
- Walnuts Chopped optional
Instructions
- Turn a cookie with the topside down. Put a scoop of ice cream on the cookie.
- Then put another cookie on top of the ice cream with the right-side-up. Give it a slight press to the cookie seats into the ice cream a little.
- Use an icing spatula, knife, or the back of a spoon to smooth out any ice cream on the sides of the sandwich.
- Roll the sides of the ice cream into the topping of your choice. If it is not sticking, press the topping onto the ice cream with your hand.
- After you are finished putting together your ice cream sandwich we need to pop them in the freezer for 10 to 20 minutes. Place them on a cookie sheet with a silicone mat.
