In a large glass measuring cup add water and place in the microwave for about a minute and a half or until it boils.
Remove from microwave and add strawberry gelation. Stir until powder is fully dissolved. Set aside and let cool.
While the Jello mix is cooling you can mix the pudding. Add milk and pudding to a mixing bowl and stir until it thickens. When it becomes thick, add 1/3 cup vodka and mix well. Place bowl in the fridge.
When the Jello mix has cooled to room temp, pour 1/4 cup of the vodka into the mix and stir well.
Pour mixture into 24 (or less if larger containers) shot glasses or small plastic containers with tops. The containers should be filled halfway. Pop them into the fridge to set up and chill for at least 1 hour. I find it is easiest if you set them on a cookie sheet. It makes it easier to carry.
When the Jello has set up, fill the other half of the glasses with the cheesecake pudding. Then cover and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
Before serving, top the shots with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
