Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 6-8 Strawberries sliced, optional
  • 1 (3 oz) Box Strawberry Jello
  • 1/3 Cup Strawberry Vodka
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberry Vodka
  • 1 (3.4 oz) Box Instant Cheesecake Pudding
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Whipped Cream optional

Instructions

  • In a large glass measuring cup add water and place in the microwave for about a minute and a half or until it boils.
  • Remove from microwave and add strawberry gelation. Stir until powder is fully dissolved. Set aside and let cool.
  • While the Jello mix is cooling you can mix the pudding. Add milk and pudding to a mixing bowl and stir until it thickens. When it becomes thick, add 1/3 cup vodka and mix well. Place bowl in the fridge.
  • When the Jello mix has cooled to room temp, pour 1/4 cup of the vodka into the mix and stir well.
  • Pour mixture into 24 (or less if larger containers) shot glasses or small plastic containers with tops. The containers should be filled halfway.
  • Pop them into the fridge to set up and chill for at least 1 hour. I find it is easiest if you set them on a cookie sheet. It makes it easier to carry.
  • When the Jello has set up, fill the other half of the glasses with the cheesecake pudding. Then cover and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Before serving, top the shots with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
