Easy Mini Cheesecake Danish Recipe

This mini cheesecake danish recipe is easy and oh so delicious! They are also easy to switch out the fruit filling so that you can have different flavor options.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Jam used blackberry but could use any
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cans Crescent Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter melted

Glaze

  • 4 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough, coat with melted butter then sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Roll dough back up and cut dough into half inch mini circles.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lay the cut dough on a cookie sheet. Using your thumb or back of a spoon, press down the center of the dough.
  • In mixing bowl mix vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar for the cheesecake mixture. Scrape mixture into a pastry bag or a sandwich bag with a corner cut off.
  • Fill center of dough with cheesecake mixture.
  • Leave with just cheesecake mixture or add a drop of blackberry jam or another fruit spread to the top center of the cheesecake filling.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Mix the glaze ingredients together until mixed well. Then drizzle over danishes after the come out of the oven.
