Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs

These Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs are easy to make but the best part is they give you that yummy sweetness you are craving without blowing your diet!

  • 8 oz Full fat cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granular sugar
  • 1 stick Butter (4 ounces)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Lily’s baking chips chopped finely to make slivers and dust


  • Start by lining a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the chocolate shavings. Mix with a hand mixer until all the ingredients are combined well.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop to make the fat bombs. It should yield about 24 fat bombs. Place them on the prepared lined sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle/dust the fat bombs with the chocolate shavings and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the freezer and place them in a container.


To store, you can either keep them frozen or they will also retain their firmness if stored in the refrigerator.
