Easy Cheesecake Fudge
Need a super easy cheesecake fudge recipe? It doesn’t get much easier than this! Plus, this also makes for a sweet treat gift idea too. While I did make this with a crust, you could leave it out if you wanted to.
Easy Cheesecake Fudge
One of the best things about this easy cheesecake fudge is anyone can make it. No special kitchen skills needed. You don’t even have to use a candy thermometer either. If you can run a microwave, you can make this recipe!
Another great thing about this recipe is you don’t have to buy a ton of ingredients to make. It is made with only 4 ingredients!
It makes one 8×6 inch dish of fudge. Because this is super sweet, you can cut the pieces pretty small. So I would say you can get about 16 pieces of fudge from this recipe.
How To Make This Recipe:
Start by lining the dish with parchment paper. Then using some melted butter, give it a generous greasing.
In a food processor (or by hand) crush graham crackers into crumbs. Then mix with melted butter until mixed well.
Pack the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
Next, in a larger glass bowl or better yet a larger glass measuring cup, add the chocolate chips. Place in microwave and heat at 30-second intervals until melted. Make sure you give it a good mix between heatings.
Now add the frosting to the chocolate and heat again. For the first two turns, you can heat for 30 seconds then change over to 15-second intervals. Making sure you stir each time.
You don’t need to cook it or heat it to boiling. You just need to get it hot enough so that it mixes well and can be poured.
My total heating time was about one and a half minutes for the chocolate. Then about another minute and a half for the frosting. The time can vary by microwave, so just watch it.
After it is all melted and mixed, pour the mixture over the crust. Lightly tape the dish a few times on the counter to get out any air bubbles. Then allow cooling.
I let mine sit on the counter for about 20 minutes to cool before moving it to the fridge to chill/harden the rest of the way.
