- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree (canned pumpkin puree or homemade)
How To Make Pumpkin Fluff Cheesecake Dip:
The most important part about making this dip is to make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. If not it is hard to get it to mix nice and smooth.
If you don’t have time to wait till it is room temperature, you can put it in a microwave-safe dish and heat it in 10 to 15-second increments until it reaches room temp.
Add everything to a large bowl and using a hand mixer beat together on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
You can serve the dip with your favorite fruits such as apple slices, graham crackers, and/or cookies, or animal crackers. My favorite way to serve this fluffy pumpkin dip is to serve it with ginger snaps!
Place any remaining leftover dip in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. Can you use cool whip in place of marshmallow crème?
A. Yes! We used the creme as it holds up a little longer out of the fridge than whipped cream does. However, if your creamy pumpkin fluff dip will be eaten pretty fast, you can use cool whip or whipped cream.
Q. What if I don’t have pumpkin pie spice?
A. In a pinch you could make your own pumpkin pie spice. You simply mix 3 tablespoons of ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1 1/2 teaspons ground allspice together in a container.
Q. Would this pumpkin pie dip work on a dessert board?
A. Absolutely! It is such an easy recipe to add to any dessert table or board served with other dips and items to dip. It has always been a big hit for us at parties.
