Pumpkin Puree Tip:
If you want to make your pumpkin puree from fresh pumpkins it is pretty easy to do. While there are tons of ways to do it such as in the oven on the stove, in a slow cooker, and so on.
Hands down the best and fastest way I have found to make it is by using the Instant Pot! If you could use step by step directions to make it in the Instant Pot, this post on Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Puree Made In The Instant Pot is super easy to follow.
How To Make This Dip:
The most important part about making this dip is to make sure the cream cheese is room temperature. If not it is hard to get it to mix nice and smooth.
If you don’t have time to wait till it is room temperature, you can put it in a microwave-safe dish and heat it in 10 to 15-second increments until it reaches room temp.
Add everything to a large mixing bowl and beat together with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
You can serve the dip with your favorite fruits, graham crackers, and/or cookies. One of my favorites to serve it with is ginger snaps!
Place any remaining dip in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
