Strawberry Cheesecake Bread
Have you ever had strawberry cheesecake bread? It is a bread kinda like banana bread but stuffed with strawberry cheesecake filling in the middle.
Strawberry Cheesecake Bread
This strawberry cheesecake bread is good as a dessert or even for a brunch treat as well. If strawberries are not your berry of choice, the recipe could be changed out with other berries.
Such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and so on. Really you could use just about any fruit if you wanted.
To make this recipe, you will need a good loaf pan. I like to use a glass loaf pan as I find they just cook better for sweet bread recipes like this.
