Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dip
Having a few friends over and need an easy and sweet appetizer? This sugar cookie cheesecake dip is about as easy as it gets! Plus you can change the colors up to fit any occasion.
Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dip
This sugar cookie cheesecake dip is super, super easy! If you can handle a hand mixer, you can make this recipe. We used red and green M&M’s and sprinkles. However, you could make them the colors of your wedding, graduation, baby shower and so on. So it makes it a great recipe to use any time of year.
You do have to keep this dip chilled until you are ready to serve. If you are making this ahead of time, I recommend not adding the M&M’s or sprinkles until just before serving.
The reason for that is the colors start bleeding into the cheesecake dip. If you don’t mind that look, then it is fine to mix it all at once.
This dip goes great with sweet and salty snacks. So you could serve with pretzels, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, chocolate wafers or even some fresh fruit. It would also work great with animal crackers!
How To Make This Recipe:
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix the dry sugar cookie mix powder (not made cookie dough), cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream.
You want to mix it for about two to three minutes until it is light and fluffy.
After it is fully mixed. then you want to fold in the sprinkles and M&M’s. Hold off on this step if you are not serving right away.
Place in a container with a top and chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve top with more sprinkles and M&M’s.
