This drink recipe will make one mixed drink. You will need a good cocktail shaker and a martini glass for this cocktail.
If you do not like the taller martini glasses, they do also have short martini glasses.
Strawberry Shortcake Martini Ingredients:
- Crushed Graham Crackers
- Strawberries (garnish)
- 2oz Strawberries & Cream Baileys
- 2oz Coconut Rum
- Cheesecake Frosting
- 2oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes
How To Make A Cheesecake Strawberry Shortcake Martini:
Dip the rim of the glass with frosting. Then dip it into crushed graham cracker crumbs.
In the cocktail shaker add ice cubes about halfway full.
Pour in the Baileys strawberries and cream, simple syrup, and coconut rum.
Shake well. You want to make sure the drink is well-mixed.
Pour the strawberry shortcake martini into the pre-rimmed glass.
If you want to make it look pretty, you can garnish the drink with strawberries. I added mine on a cute toothpick. You can also include a cute straw if you want.
