Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Bars
This dessert is sure to please even the pickiest people. I do have to warn you when you make a batch of these Oreo cheesecake brownie bars be sure you have others around to help you eat them. I can not be healed responsible if you eat the whole pan.
Other then the Oreo’s this is a made from scratch recipe. That means we did not even use a box mix for the brownie part or the cheesecake filling.
Depending on how large you cut your bars, this recipe will make about 12 bars.

How To Make This Recipe:
Start by pre-heating the oven to 325 degrees.
Then mix melted butter and crushed Oreos together well.
Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with parchment paper. Be sure to leave a few inches hanging over to make it easy to pull out. Spray paper with cooking spray.
Press cookie butter mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan making sure that it is even across the bottom.
Now put the pan in the oven and bake the crust for 10 minutes then remove and set aside to cool.
Increase the oven to 350 degrees.
Now to make the brownie layer, mix butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir until fully mixed and smooth. Remove from heat for about 5 minutes.
Then add in 3/4 cup sugar to melted chocolate and mix well.
Next, slowly add in eggs one mixing well until combined.
Now add the vanilla and slowly mix in salt, cocoa powder, and flour and mix well.
Pour brownie mixture over the prepared Oreo crust.
Add a layer of broken Oreos on top the brownie batter. They will sink a little and that’s ok.
Mixing The Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth.
In the microwave, heat white chocolate in 20-second increments until melted.
Mix the melted white chocolate into cream cheese and mix well.
Add in vanilla and sugar and mix well again.
Beat the last egg slightly then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until fully combined.
Using a spoon, add spoons of the cheesecake mix onto the Oreo and smooth the top as best as you can. Don’t spread the cheesecake mix to the edges. If you do it will burn.
Add the rest of the broken Oreos on top of the cheesecake mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes or until the brownie begins to pull away from the pan.
Cool on the counter for 1 hour. Then cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.

Crust:
- 3 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1 Cup Crushed Oreo's
Brownie Mix:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 15-16 Broken Oreos
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Cheesecake Mix:
- 8 Broken Oreos
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
