How To Make:
Start by lining a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the chocolate shavings. Mix with a hand mixer until all the ingredients are combined well.
Use a small ice cream scoop to make the fat bombs. It should yield about 24 fat bombs. Place them on the prepared lined sheet pan.
Sprinkle/dust the fat bombs with the chocolate shavings and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and place them in a container.
To store, you can either keep them frozen or they will also retain their firmness if stored in the refrigerator.
