Tiramisu Cheesecake Icebox Cake

This is the perfect combination of cheesecake, coffee, and just a hint of cocoa. You can either serve this tiramisu cheesecake icebox cake just dusted with cocoa powder or with some decorative chocolate and whole coffee beans.

This cake is beyond easy. It only takes a few minutes to make it then you simply just pop it into the refrigerator and allow it to chill and set up for about 4 hours to overnight.

If you don’t eat it all within a few days, you can freeze it to keep it for a longer time. I recommend that if you are going to freeze it, that you slice it and freeze the slices so they are not touching each other. That way you can just thaw a slice as you need it.
