Keto Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

Best of all this Keto cherry cheesecake fluff can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. You don’t even have to wait hours for it to chill either before you can serve.

You can go from making to serving in about fifteen minutes! Unless you want to be ice cold then you can chill before serving.

However, I have found it tastes just fine just after you make it.

This recipe makes about six servings. You do have to store it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

As for the carbs in this recipe, it works out to be about 7.33g carbs per serving. Each serving is about 25.33 grams of fat.

If you are looking to cut down the fat a little you can use an 8 oz tub of frozen whipped topping in place of the heavy whipping cream. But if you do this it will slightly raise the carbs.

If you are looking for other Keto treats to try, here are a few to check out.

How To Make This Keto Fluff:

In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft.

Heat half cup of water in the microwave until boiling. Takes about 1 minute 15 seconds. Then remove from microwave and dump the jello packet into the water.

Mix well with a fork until it is fully dissolved.

In another bowl beat heaving whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks and looks like whipped cream.

Not slowly add the jello mix to the cream cheese a little at a time until you have the two fully blended.

Now add in the whipped cream to the mixture making sure it is all fully mixed. Then stir in the chopped cherries.

Pour into a container or serving dishes and store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh cherry if you want to dress it up.

Just be mindful that anything you add will add to the carbs as the figures above are just for the fluff on its own.

I’m confused on your macro count because when I add the heavy cream and cream cheese both have zero carbs and less fat and calories than your count including the jello, am I missing something on calculating macros?
    Would love your help.
This recipe is the bomb and I will be making it on the regular for keto dessert or just to get my fats for the day, it’s delicious.

    1. Hi Shiree, so happy you are enjoying the Keto Cherry Cheesecake fluff! It does look like my math is slightly off so I will adjust that in the recipe. However, there are carbs in cream cheese and whipping cream. The counts for those are, Cream Cheese 72g fat per 8 oz, Cream Cheese 16g carbs per 8 oz, Whipping Cream 80g fat per cup, Whipping Cream 16g carb per cup. So those counts would be for the whole recipe. So it will work out to be 269 calories, 25.33g fats and 7.33g carbs per serving. I hope that helps.

I am also in the middle of working up a recipe for a chocolate raspberry one so make sure you come back to check that one out.

        1. Hi Gina, all the packages of cream cheese that I use say 2 grams carbs per serving. I guess it could vary by brand. If yours is less, that’s great! It just means you have an even lower carb treat!

I am terrible at expressing my thoughts to paper. In my previous comment I was not trying to correct your macros and say they were wrong…even though that’s what it sounded like, so I am sorry. I was trying to understand where the carb count came from. I’ve only been on low carb for a month and I’m still trying to understand how to count carbs correctly. When you read the nutrition labels on the cream and the cheese it says zero carbs so silly me thought that meant no matter how much you use it’s zero, if they don’t label it how are we supposed to know or find out the true carbs? Where did you find the amounts? (It’s a good thing I’m not writing recipes I’d say zero carb dessert, lol) If you could explain that is what I was trying to learn. Also if it says
< 1 carbs I know that means less than but on keto would you than just round it up to one? Sorry for all the confusion and I’m very sorry for the way my comment read because I was in know way trying to say you were wrong, please except my apology. This is an awesome dessert and I can’t wait to try lemon.

    1. Oh, Shiree I did not think anything of it at all! I welcome questions and if that means I look and see my math or whatever is off then I want to fix it. Don’t worry about it at all. I got my amounts from the nutrition facts on the packages. All the brands of cream cheese and cream that I have used all had a few carbs in them and I add it all up for how much I use then divide it by the servings of the dessert. Maybe there are some brands out there that are 0 carbs and I just have not found them? And yes if it says less then 1 I do round up, better to be safe then to go over your carb count for the day.

    2. I don’t know if you’ll see this now, but I’ll say anywhere. Maybe someone else has the same question.
An item is only allowed to say 0 carbs when there is <0.5g carbs per serving. In the case of the cream cheese or cream, I would say that it's likely to be 0.5g a serving.
A similar thing goes for things that say <1g of carbs, They can only say that if it's 0.999g or less. So, I would assumer 1g per serving.
      Hope this helps.

  3. I just read the lemon recipe and see it is 5 carb, 5 protein, 27 fat would we use these macros for all of the flavors if we don’t use fruit? Because I haven’t added fruit except the first time because I wanted to cut carbs.
    Sorry for all the posts.

    1. If you are doing the recipe with just cream cheese, heavy cream and a 0.30 box of sugar-free Jello then yes the numbers would be the same for each flavor. That is unless your cream cheese or heavy cream has sugar or something in them. I use the Great Value (Walmart) or Aldi brands a lot just so you know what I am using. No need to be sorry for asking questions =)

  4. Hi. This sounds yummy! Is it necessary to have jello for flavoring or would koolaid or something like that work? I don’t want want to go into a food store right now.

    1. Hi Ivy, yes the Jello is needed to help the recipe hold its fluff and to flavor/sweeten the recipe. I totally hear you about not wanting to go to the store right now. You can, however, order it online at most grocery pickup stores or Amazon (here) and Walmart.

  5. I just plugged this recipe into my fitness app minus the cherries. It came back as 3 g carbs per serving. Guess what I am making on this rainy Saturday. Yummy!

    1. This recipe makes 6 servings. I just divide it equally between 6 containers. If I had to guess, it would be about 4 oz per serving.

  6. looks delish!! what is the Macros if i remove the cherries? im honestly not a big fan of chunks in mousse!!
