Oreo Cheesecake Bites
Have you ever wanted to mix the flavor of Oreo’s and cheesecake? These Oreo cheesecake bites are a great way to do just that. These are also a great finger food dessert for parties and get-togethers.
Oreo Cheesecake Bites
These Oreo cheesecake bites can be dressed up and colored to fit any occasion. This batch we did in white with pink and pearl sprinkles.
You could change the color of the almond bark or sprinkles to fit your needs. You can also change the flavor of the Oreo if you wanted. While we used just normal flavor you could use golden double stuff.
This recipe will make about 24 to 30 cheesecake bites. The amount will just depend on how large you make each one. We tried to stay around a one-inch ball size.
Can I Use Non-Double Stuff Flavored Oreos?
Yes, you can. The stuffing just will not have as much cream filling but it will still work. This is a great option to use if you are wanting to use other flavor cookies like mint, peanut butter, lemon and so on.
Do I Have To Use Oreos?
No! Any great tasting cream-filled cookie will work. I often liked to use the off brands from places like Aldi as they are much lower in price and taste just like the big name brands!

How To Make These Oreo Cheesecake Balls:
In a food processor, crush cookies into crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, you can also put the cookies in a bag and smash them.
Next, you want to add the cream cheese and mix until combined well.
Take the mix and make it into about 1 inch balls. You can do this by using spoons and your hands or by using a cookie scoop.
As you make each one, you can place them on a baking sheet. I like to line mine with a silicone mat or parchment paper so they do not stick.
When they are all made, freeze the cheesecake balls for 30 minutes. This helps to frim them up making them easier to coat.
Next, melt the almond bark in a melting pot or in the microwave until smooth. Just be sure if you are doing it in the microwave you do it in 20-second intervals stirring each time so as to not burn it.
Using a fork or candy dipping tool, roll the balls in the melted bark. Let most of the excess drip off before placing it back on the cookie sheet. Allow bark to harden.
After it is hardened, drizzle a little bark over the Oreo cheesecake balls so that you have small lines.
Now immediately after drizzling, sprinkle with sprinkles before the drizzle dries.
Let everything harden and cool. Then store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.

Could you just use regular melted chocolate as almond bark specifically doesnt seem necessary?
Yes, you could use white chocolate or other chocolate chips if you wanted it. It would just need to be a type that will harden up when it cools off.
